    The gentleman that get me set up, Terrance, was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He took his time showing me around the equipment, and I felt very comfortable with everything. I was able to select and leave with several masks, which was not the case with the last company I used. This was super helpful to find the right equipment for me. Overall a great experience with Adapt Health.

    I had the most pleasant and informative experience today. Terrance was the technician who greeted me and took me at my appointed time. He was knowledgeable, patient and courteous. He ensured the mask chosen for the Cpap device fit securely and that the app was setup properly. He patiently explained how to operate the device, how to clean, and maintain it. He sufficiently addressed my questions and concerns. His administering a test run in the office gave me confidence in its comfort and my ability to operate the machine. I look forward to the device improving the quality of my sleep and overall life. Thank you Terrance, you are the best!

    The customer service is excellent, whether it's via phone, email or in person.
    Kristen especially, was absolutely exceptional, she was first and foremost professional. Great people skills. She was very patient, personable, kind, respectful. she explained everything thoroughly and gave me an opportunity to ask questions while not making me feel inept.

    When I need assistance, your representatives are always courteous and willing to help. Robert has gone beyond what my experience has been with other Customer Service Reps and took the time to go in detail with me about the operation of my CPAP Mask and Machine. I will follow his direct advisement in order to get the optimal use of my equipment that will get me healthier results and better rest.

    My Technician Karen was very knowledgeable and understanding of product being used and people friendly for sure. I loved that about her and didn't even know her,but felt comfortable working with her . I was very pleased with service. She made sure you walked out the door knowing what to do and making sure you had all you need. Thank you so much Karen.
