Nirvana Indian Bistro, Blue Bell

My girlfriend took me here to show me her favorite Indian restaurant. Frankly, I have to agree. This place is great, the ambiance and food is amazing. The rice is nice and fluffy and the various breads are soft and flavorful.

They have a good variety of bread to choose from as well as entrees and appetizers.

The highlight for me was the shrimp mango curry. I’ve never had mango curry before and it was amazing. I really liked the combination of flavors and the texture of the curry. ☺️

I look forward for returning and trying other menu items.

We came here on the way home from NYC and it was an excellent end to the weekend. The smell as we entered was very appetizing. The vegetable pakora appetizer was perfectly crispy. The lamb Tikka masala and mango chicken curry had perfectly cooked meat and the medium sauce was well described. The naan had a wonderful fresh taste. Well recommended.

Very high quality food and taste. Little pricey but worth the try. I got the biryani and lamb curry. Absolutely delicious. Flavor, oil and the spice level everything was perfect. I took my friend who was visiting USA from Europe and he really liked this place. The portion was not appropriate for that price but can't beat the taste. Will definitely visit again

Amazing meal as always served by Grover the best waiter. Cauliflower appetizer was crisp and tasty, mildly spiced as we asked. The mixed Tandoori grill is enough for 2 (salmon, shrimp, chicken and lamb), and be sure and ask for a side of Tandoori sauce. The bread trio is plenty to take home (We picked cheese, onion and garlic). And don't sleep on dessert! The fried milk balls (think munchkin donut) served in honey/rosewater sauce is amazing.

Nice place, great food! One of the best Indian food we have had in the States. Fantastic service. Happy Grover brings the menu and takes your order fast, makes sure you always have water, he checks on you after you have received your meal and we really like that they are not intrusive like some places that interrupt guests constantly when they are enjoying a meal and having conversations. All in all, this is a great place to enjoy awesome food and have a lovely time with family and friends.
