Nilah and her team worked wonders on my wedding dress! She transformed it and gave great advice on transport, accessories, and other edits. She was kind and honest and truly made me feel taken care of in her shop. My dress came out amazing and I am so glad Nilah put her magic touches on it! Even though I had an impossible timeline, Nilah made it happen. I even came in last minute with a second dress and Nilah was able to shorten it and alter it exactly to my specifications. Her organization and craftsmanship is impeccable. Thank you Nilah and Company for making my wedding day and dream dress truly amazing!

Nilah was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. After buying my sample gown, I got quite nervous that the very intricate dress would be too big to alter to my size. She brought it from a 12 to about a 2 with no issues-- it fit so well no one could notice that it had been altered so drastically. She recommended and added a silk ribbon lining to my dress due to my sensitive skin. She created a bustle to highlight the details on my train. She pressed my dress and veil and it was ready to go on the day of the wedding with no additional work! She did a beautiful job and for a good price given the amount of work she had to do! I would definitely recommend her services!

Working with Nilah to get my wedding dress altered was such a pleasure. I drove over a half hour away from where I live to go to Nilah, specifically based on the reviews I saw online. She exceeded my expectations. She made me feel comfortable through every step of the process. I have been holding onto my wedding dress for over 3 years due to the pandemic, and it felt like a big step to finally hand my dress over to Nilah, and her warmth and expertise reassured me it was in the right hands! My dress was fairly intricate, but it came out absolutely perfect. It fit perfectly in every way.

Nilah and her incredible staff made the process of wedding dress alterations as easy as possible! My Enzoani Pearl dress was extremely intricate, and I needed a significant amount of alterations in the waist and hip areas. Nilah expertly tailored my dress so it fit exactly perfectly, without any evidence that it had ever been significantly altered. She was timely in making the alterations, squeezing in a second fitting the week of my wedding to ensure that my dress fit exactly as I wanted it to. She also pressed my gown and veil so perfectly that I didn’t even need to touch it up on my wedding day. I can’t recommend Nilah highly enough!

Nilah is Amazing! I had the pleasure of working with Nilah for my wedding 5 years ago. My gown was stunning! She also made me a custom cathedral length veil. I had the best experience with her. Very professional, understands & offers excellent insight. Since my wedding I have returned to Nilah for other alterations. You won't be disappointed with Nilah! She is a rare gem!
