New Hope Pharmacy and Wellness

Great friendly staff that gets to know their patients/ customers like family. It's a vibe that you'll only get at a local non corporate pharmacy.

I picked up a prescription that is in limited supply Thursday, December 29th, 2022, around 6:15PM and had a very pleasurable experience speaking with Rena (forgive me if I spelled her name incorrectly). I would like Rena to be recognized for her excellent service, professionalism, and genuine care for what has been a very difficult several months for me personally. Regardless of my personal situation, Rena was terrific as she called me before filling the script to make sure I was comfortable with the price which I felt was more than fair. I should also mention the male pharmacist who I spoke to earlier in the day and provided my number was excellent as well but I didn't catch his name. He was aware of the script that had been sent in electronically by my doctor's office shortly before I called and virtually immediately knew who I was and what I was calling in reference to. I rarely write reviews but in this case I needed to make an exception as I would highly recommend New Hope Pharmacy over the larger franchise pharmacies "preferred" by insurance companies. I hope to get the same script refilled by New Hope Pharmacy in a month regardless of what I learned last evening especially because of the unnecessary aggravation I've experienced with the larger franchise pharmacies.

This is the perfect pharmacy! They are so helpful, knowledgeable, and personable — I don’t know why anybody would go anywhere else! Nitin greets me by name every time I walk in, and he asks about my kids (also by name). We aren’t there that often, so I have no idea how he remembers us! This is a pharmacy that genuinely cares for and about people. Such a refreshing change from the chain pharmacies!! Could not recommend New Hope Pharmacy and Wellness more strongly.

Great Pharmacy and very helpful. Nitin and company are like going back in time to when a family owned the corner drug store and you weren’t lost in a long line. That’s because they are just that! You won’t be disappointed. The kindest and most helpful people!

New Hope Pharmacy and Wellness is a GODSEND to this area! First of all, Nitin (owner and Pharmacist) is such a truly kind and caring human being with so much knowledge about every medication (and supplements too).
With our only other options being CVS - where the employees have bad attitudes and can’t be bothered to learn your first name - or RiteAid where there’s never anybody at the register (and is closing anyway), it’s such a relief to have a new pharmacy. If you ask me, filling your anxiety medication shouldn’t cause you MORE anxiety.
If you currently fill your prescriptions at RiteAid, move them over to New Hope Pharmacy and Wellness!!
