Came here on a Saturday night and it was crowded, but we didn’t have to wait long to get in. That was nice. I really like their ordering process. You order before you sit down, so whenever you done, you just get up and go. Everything from water, utensils, and napkins is self service, which I also like.
I had the Tantan bowl, it was supposed to be spicy, but it wasn’t. Overall was good with the whole egg, pork belly, and the broth was flavorful, but wish it was more spicy. That would have been perfect!
I would definitely come back!
Cool, laid back ramen place. You walk in and order from the counter then take a seat. The girl at the front was friendly and went over each ramen before suggesting the Tantan.
It was delicious. Broth was extremely flavorful, meat well seasoned, and the noodles were fresh. Ate the entire bowl; which they have for sale along with other apparel. Will probably buy some merch next time I stop by I liked the place that much.
Would definitely recommend.
We heard that this place had the best ramen in Philly and had to check it out. Turns out that statement is likely very accurate. We ordered the Shoyu. I recommend adding on an order of pork, it’s so tender it basically melts on your tongue! 🤤 definitely recommend and we’ll absolutely be coming back.
One of my favorite local ramen spots! Don’t skip the pork gyoza appetizer either, it’s so good. You’ll receive quality food, good portion size, friendly counter service, and a welcoming environment to dine. Pro tip— go to their website to “get in line” if you want to dine in to ensure you get a table. They’ll text you when your table is ready & will hold it for the next 5 minutes.
I called this the best ramen place in the neighborhood! A bit salty when you get to the end but definitely acceptable. Highly recommend! Make sure you join the wait list online before you go.
