Porter was excellent! The entire company, top to bottom, was very responsive and professional. Installers did an excellent job with our major exterior project. We replaced roof, siding, stone chimney, and built a portico on the front. Their craftsmanship with Hardie and attention to detail really made our house look beautiful. We can’t say enough about our project manager, Stuart. He never turned a blind eye to even the smallest detail, and had a customer-first approach throughout the entire remodel. Every neighbor that walks by our house marvels over their work!

Porter Family Contracting is a great company. They have very competitive pricing and awesome crews. We used them for siding, windows and new roof. We had a tree come down this spring and hit our house. The salesman, Kevin, was out ASAP to look over the job. They did their absolute best to get the roof fixed during s very busy time of the year. The house looks great, we are very happy with the workmanship and the follow up. I would recommend them to anyone in the area that is search of a local contractor!

Our house fell into the market of a fully evasive remediation the exterior of our house. This included full removal of stucco, new siding replacement (James Hardie), disposal and replacement of all windows and doors. Roof was only 5 years old....so thankfully no replacement was needed for the roof!
Including Porter, we had an additional 5+ remediation companies come out and perform estimates. Have to admit, Porter wasn't our first choice but we are glad we did eventually choose them! All estimates were close in pricing (within $20k) based on our criteria, so money wasn't the deciding factor in our choice. My wife and I felt comfortable with their detailed and itemized quote, their feedback and opinions on the various stages of the project, and their persuasive way of providing cost effective alternatives whenever changes were needed. We chose Porter as they were available to start in the Fall 2021.

Both Justin and AJ were very responsive and readily available during the course of the 8-10 week period it took to complete the project. The were especially challenged for most of the length of the project dealing with the recent supply chain issues during the Summer/Fall 2021. We needed to change window manufacturers before the start of project, made additional modifications midstream, and also needed to wait for some parts to complete front-door installation that finally came in Feb2022. Most of these were work stoppages were beyond their control. AJ Rich (Project Mgr) was constantly keeping us abreast during the delays and made sure we were still focused on "Plan A", while still giving us "Plan B" when he felt it was necessary.

As you can see from the before and after photo's below that we are fully satisfied with the workmanship and true professionalism Porter Contracting has done to our home. We highly recommend using them should you need any interior/exterior work to your home.

Porter Family Contracting has my highest recommendation. Their team replaced my roof, windows, deck, and stucco, a complete exterior re-do. The project went smoothly and we were kept up to date on a daily basis. Their attention to detail is amazing, thinking of things that i never would have thought of. They clean up at the end of each day and are courteous in the neighborhood. We have lots of kids on the street and neighbors would comment how the appreciated that they would drive slow and were relatively quiet.

The Porter's have done major work to my home prior and I was happy to have them back over to repair and replace my garage roof (to match the rest of my home). Roy is easy to work with and I got the work done the way I requested. Al was on-site to ensure everything went smoothly and it did. Easy company to work with and good people as well.
