(March 21, 2023, 3:10 pm)I have had zero problems with them. I have ordered 2 walkers, wheelchair and chair lift. Everytime I picked up they were friendly and helpful. If I had a problem with any equipment they fixed asap.

Mobility Scooters Direct isn't there just to sell Scooters and Wheelchairs, they're there for consumers to educate and make the hard decision simple. Of coure MSD would appreciate if the individual purchase a Scooter or Wheelchair, but I don't they would turn anyone awawy who may purchaced from other dealers.
