My Therapy Connection is something different than we've ever experienced. One big difference is each therapist specializes in specific areas...one that we love is the financial therapist Michelle.
Also the professionalism and care they give is amazing 👏

My mini van was getting flat tires from using free air pump at near by WaWa and I didn't have tire gauge on me but the rear tires visibly look like they were half inflated and I didn't want to risk driving to south Philly full of kids and relatives like that so decided to pull in to this shop for the first time. I explained my urgent situation to the gentleman who goes by the name "Jay" and without hesitation he said just pull over to bay #2 and he'd take care of it. He proceeded to check each of the 4 tires and pumped air into the 2 rear tires and made sure everything was good to go (free of charge). Now that is excellent customer service in my book and I will pass on the word for sure! I am returning to this shop for future services for sure. Thank you so much Jay for your kindness, understanding and great customer service!

I highly recommend My Therapy Connection for your emotional well being. I felt comfortable from the minute I talked to the receptionist and to the moment I met with my therapist and every session since then. I truly felt like they cared. Any time I have called or asked questions they get back to me right away and have always been very friendly. I have also noticed a lot of changes in myself and how I am in my relationships. First time here for an oil change and tire rotation. Tech has been very helpful. Shopping for tires had been made easy with their display and touch screen, I've never seen a set up like this anywhere else. Lobby is surprisingly spacious and accommodating.
