Awesome bar with great food and a good energy both inside the bar and outside where they have room for at least 150 people
Ron and Molly (never waited longer than one minute for a fresh drink, they have your back!) are my favorite bartenders but I’ve never had a negative experience with anyone who works here. Very fun always and we’ve been coming for at least ten years. Great vibes at MRI!

Had a great time my first visit. Went there on a Thursday evening to meet up with a friend who's been bugging me to check out his neighborhood bar. I really enjoyed myself, the staff was great as was the food. I look forward to returning soon.

I've driven past the Mt Royal Inn countless times, and after years of doing so, I finally made it in for dinner.

Being an 18th-century structure, the place isn't very large. There is a decent sized bar, a small dining room with four tables, and an outdoor seating area that is heated, but is best used during the warmer months.

Dinner consisted of fried pickles (a must), the "1762" roast beef sandwich, and the infamous "MRI wings". While I enjoyed the roast beef, the sandwich was a bit dry. The wings on the other hand were fantastic! Deep fried and covered in a flavorful sauce that wasn't too hot or mild, I could definitely see why they've been ranked some of South Jersey's best! I will definitely be back for another round!!

I drive past this bar all the time and it’s always crowded so we decided to stop in for some drinks and food. The drinks were good especially their specialty drinks. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing. The fried chicken salad bites were some of the best appetizers I’ve ever had. You have to try them!
I highly recommended checking this spot out if your looking for a local bar with good drinks and even better food.

The wings live up to their reputation. We ordered the MRI sauce and Buffalo, both of which were great. The wings were cooked prefectly with the skin staying crispy even in the pools of sauce.
