I just had a new roof put on my sons home. From start to finish, Modern Roofing could not have been more professional or cooperative. Zack communicated with me every step of the way and their crew were courteous and respectful. Upon completion of the job, you would never have known there was any work done. Every last piece of debris was cleaned up and swept. I couldn’t be more happy with the roof or my choice to have modern roofing do the job. The staff was respectful and efficient. I was concerned about the nails and debris left behind with two children and dogs at home, but the company was extremely thorough with clean up.

Zack, Tony, and their crew did a fantastic job start to finish. They explained their process well and were very clean and careful of plants and bushes near the house. They were super careful to clean up and catch nails etc.

If I could give Zack and his team more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! The most professional and personable consultant to work with. If I had a question, he had an answer. And you can absolutely tell he cares about his customers and their experience, he goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. He used the best products, his installers were true professionals and his bid came in at the best price.
