My 15 year old daughter and I attended a Women's Self Defense Seminar at this studio. I would recommend that every women of any age take the time to learn the skills that were taught. I hope we never need to use what we learned, but it is very empowering to know what to do if we ever find ourselves in an uncomfortable situation.
