Absolutely love my new sectional. Took off one star due to unavailability of furniture for weeks. Lead time was much longer than expected - otherwise the overall shopping experience was great! Would recommend.

They make it very easy to buy furniture! From the extremely polite customer service people, the very low prices to the expert delivery of your furniture in great condition, it was effortless. Unlike other companies who tell you one delivery date just to get the sale and then you don't see your furniture for months, MM gave me a realistic date then sent me emails updating the status and it arrived BEFORE their target date. Why I say effortless is THEY look the effort to inform me, rather than me repeatedly calling THEM. I would recommend them, and they will be my only source for furniture in the future.

My chair came undamaged, and well packaged. I didnt pay for white glove service so I had to get it in the house with family, but I thought it was well done. Delivery driver called to confirm drop off date then called when he was 20 mins out.

They sent emails with updates (even with the longer wait times due to supply shortages). Their delivery estimates were accurate and delivery was quick and painless. I've purchased a lot of furniture over the years, however, this ranks as one of the best overall customer experiences that I've had. We finally have a matching bookcase for our office furniture.
