Really liked the muscle rub tube I ordered. It was effective and both the application and product itself lasted awhile. Soooo I can't really say anything but great things about my few weeks with this muscle rub ! I mainly only use it when I'm having pains or wake up inflamed but i realized it was every other day if not every day ...
