My family has needed the services of Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler twice in the last ten months and I was incredibly pleased and impressed with their service, generosity, flexibility, communication, empathy, and kindness. Every expectation I had of a funeral home was met and then exceeded.

I had the privilege of working directly with Carmella and, as my sister put it, she was like an angel in our time of grief and made the process of saying goodbye to our loved ones easier and meaningful. My mother passed 12/10/22 and I am so very thankful for Carmella and the staff at Minshall Shropshire. Nothing was too much; when I called or texted, responses were promptly returned and the process was guided in a gentle, empathic manner. My mom was ill for two years and was very tired. When I had the first look at my mother at the viewing, my heart smiled. I have not seen my mom so beautiful in years. The details of hair and makeup, as well as the family requests - were impeccable. The funeral home itself is stunning - clean, welcoming and up to date. After the services, I was also very impressed on how prompt and efficient the administrative side was. Thank you Carmella, Michael, and staff for such an excellent experience during one of the saddest times in my life.

The staff is absolutely amazing and walks you through every step of the way, especially Mike. Mike is so compassionate and professional which makes the process a little bit easier to go through. I have been to many viewings there and most recently my moms viewing. They did such a great job with her, she looked beautiful and at peace. I can’t recommend this funeral home and staff enough! Working with Carmella and the staff at Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler was an absolute blessing when we suddenlylost my step- mother.. She was so kind and patient as she walked us through all the necessary steps, answering all questions clearly and helpfully. My dad, Rev. Ford, has been on the other side of the aisle assisting in funerals and with grieving families, but never before from this side of losing someone so close and so unexpectedly. Carmella and the staff went above and beyond and my family will forever be grateful for taking the time and care to make this part less stressful and confusing while experiencing such sadness. They definitely care about the families they work with and it absolutely shows!

Michael and Carmella were both compassionate and professional in helping me plan and hold my mother's service. They were with me every step of the way, very responsive in returning my calls and emails, and very thoughtful in offering suggestions and advices. They handled all the administrative matters since my mother's passing. The entire team of Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home did an excellent job on the day of the service, with great attention to details. The facility is in pristine condition. It was a beautiful service. Thank you all for helping me honor my mother's legacy and say goodbye to her the way she would have wanted. Highly recommended!
