We experienced significant water spillage and collection due to a ruptured basement sewer pipe.
Our insurance adjustor contacted Miller Restoration for us. Miller's project manager reached out to us within an hour to schedule a visit to our home.
Justin arrived a day later on Saturday morning, to assess the damages and needed clean-up. Justine was courtesy, professional, and respectful of our belongings.
Justin immediately began the necessary remediation of our basement. Floor coverings were placed over our carpeting to ensure that they remained unsoiled. He assured us that he would return the next day to check-up on the progress of the remediation. He also told us that he would return in seventy-two hours to remove all equipment and determine that the remediation was completed.

Came home from a 9 day vacation to find out my water heater broke and leaked water all over my utility room. We had water get under our hard wood floors and into the drywall. We called Miller and we’re hooked up with Will. From start to finish Will made sure everything was taken care of and done professionally. Overall I would definitely use this company again.

We discovered a water leak in our basement and immediately called Miller. Matt arrived quickly and knew just what to do. Not only did he empathize with our situation, he confidently took charge of mitigation and clean up, Matt was sensitive to the damage done to emotionally attached items, and provided us with knowledge to move forward with next steps for salvaging these items. We were also impressed with his follow up check in to be sure all was fixed. A great, personable, and professional job well done!

After a disaster of a lifetime, the last thing you need are more headaches. Miller Restoration made the transition into getting back to normal easy and super quick.
