I recently visited Michael's Jewelers to purchase a Valentine's Day gift for my wife, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. However, it was the expertise of the Dawn that truly made the experience exceptional.

They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and then showed me several options. After discussing the details of each, Dawn suggested a beautiful sapphire and diamond necklace that was absolutely stunning. I knew immediately that it was the perfect gift for my wife.

The quality of the necklace was exceptional, and the price was very reasonable. What impressed me the most was the knowledge of the staff and their ability to help me make an informed decision. I felt confident that I was getting the best value for my money.

I have been a customer of Michael's for over 35 years. They are knowledgeable, caring and extremely honest. I've known Mike and his family for over 40 years. I bought my wife's first engagement ring from Mike's Mother. Years later, Mike helped me upgrade the first one to a beautiful new ring for my wife.

My family is a three generation customer. So naturally when it was time for my oldest son to get engaged, the only store he wanted to visit was Michael's. Mike was so very patience with my son's custom design and purchase of the engagement ring.

I took a family heirloom that was my fathers , and I wish I had taken a before picture of it , because the color inlet was completely diminished, when I took it to Micheals and questioned it it could be refurbished, Barry walked me through what could be done , and was so pleasant about the procedure, even though the price was not an issue he reassured me that they can get it back to its original style and was extremely affordable, when I picked the ring up , my eyes welled up with tears because that ring looked just as new as I remembered it loooked 40 years ago, it brought back a special memory that you could never put a price on, so I would like to thank everyone at Micheals Jewelry for their amazing service and especially to Barry for giving me his full attention and replacing a memory I would not of had if it wasn’t for his strong dedication!!!

Love the job they have done to my wedding ring and band. I went to have it resized and met Dawn who was a consultant. She is super sweet and professional. She helped me out to choose what the best ring size that fits me. The rings came back looking gorgeous like brand new. Couldn’t tell where they expanded. 5 stars and highly recommended.
