Michael's Event Catering

I used this caterer for a Thanksgiving/Birthday celebration and it was the best decision I made. The food was DELICIOUS and everything was set up perfectly for my guests to enjoy this special meal. Bill communicated throughout the entire process and made sure that everything went off as planned. They even made some special accommodations for my guests with food allergies. I highly recommend this caterer.

Where to begin?

With less than 3 months to plan and execute s wedding, my wife and I were unable to find anyone available to help us cater our event. We became so desperate that we had a number of local restaurants in the area on standby to make food “to go” in order to feed out 85 guests. Nerve racking to say the least.

Having less than 3 months to go, my wife randomly received a call back from Bill, Michael’s event manager and bartender, who wound up being the main point person and manager of our event. God bless Bill.

We had called them and left a voicemail but had heard nothing back for weeks… until Bill heard the message and called us back.
He and the team headed up by Chef Michael himself were so thorough and outstanding that I get goosebumps recounting how great they were. They provided everything from the cutlery and plates to the delicious and well-balanced menu which we planned out together.

We started with a basic package but eventually upgraded to the gold package which included more entrees, full bar, and service that left an unforgettable impression on all of our guests. There was never a moment Bill didn’t have a fresh drink in my hand. Literally never even asked but it would magically appear as soon as I ran out.

They even coordinated with us to set up the bar at the red pick up truck we set up by the tent. They assisted with all facets of the service, the drinks, the food and even went so far as to provide as much additional advice as we needed.

To note: Came through day of event with heaters which were a lifeline as that night it was in the 40s and we would have lost many of our guests due to the temperatures.

Bill, Michael and the team served up and delivered for our outdoor wedding in an unforgettable way. I’m still getting calls and texts from our guests raving about everything. Thanks again! Would recommend in a heartbeat.

We hired Michael's to cater our wedding and could not have made a better choice. Our guests raved about the catering for days. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. The food was delicious. We were a little concerned we may have underestimated the amount of food needed but Michael's assured us there would be plenty and they were correct.

We hand picked Michael's for all of our catering needs at our wedding because of the wide range of food selection that he has. We worked with Lauren and Michael up to the day of the wedding and they were nothing short of amazing to work with. They are extremely flexible and accommodating with our needs and special requests. Michael worked closely with our wedding planner and owner of the venue to figure out logistics since his large truck cannot fit the turn up to the venue. Michael was so great to work with and I've heard only the best compliments from our wedding planner and vendor team! The food was amazing, everything they served was so well made, fresh, and DELICIOUS. We had to have sushi at our wedding and they were just flying off of their trays. The specially requested lavender lemonade was just the perfect refreshment. The main course with filet mignon, grilled lamb chops, and salmon were all so so good that our guests kept going back for more! The staff were so attentive to our needs and prepared sample platters for us to enjoy from cocktail hour and reception so we did not have to go up and get our own food. They continued to check up on us throughout the night regularly. We could not have picked a better caterer for our wedding. Do not hesitate to book Michael's for your event! Michaels Event Catering just catered my wedding last weekend at Thousand Acre Farm. I would highly recommend them to cater any event you are having. Their entire staff is so attentive and friendly. The owner is really great and willing to help with anything you need. Even if it is outside of their normal resposnbilieis. Everything was delicious and setup beautifully.
