Couldn't believe how sanitary they were! I have immune compromised, hi risk kid. They were gloves to touch any of my stuff, masked up, I appreciate their efforts to keep the most vulnerable people safe!
I also watched them deal with a difficult customer & felt sorry for them tbh. Both ladies conducted themselves with extreme patience! Highly recommend this place for all ur insurnace needs
I go to school, so my sleep hours are all over the place right now.. I’ve missed so many appointment but they never got upset with me. Always worked with me without any problems. Quick, simple & easy. I highly recommend!
I have been using the Michael's Agency for several years now for home and business insurance and they are WONDERFUL to deal with. The owner Maureen and her staff treat me as family and are very tentative to my needs and VERY knowledgeable in this field. They are not this big huge company but can handle large matters so you get a very personalized feel.
