Michael Bratelli recently helped us find our new home in Medford, NJ and we had an absolutely outstanding experience throughout the entire process.

At our first meeting, Mike explained the upcoming home-buying process and answered our (many) questions. He was thorough and organized, making a very overwhelming process seem achievable. Mike was an excellent communicator from start to finish. We explained that we recently had a very negative experience with the team who helped us sell my late mother's house (in a different state). We were upfront about our anxiety beginning the home buying process because of our previous experience as sellers and that communication was incredibly important to us. Mike assured us that he also valued communication and that was proven consistently throughout the process. He answered our calls, texts and emails 7 days/week in a very timely manner, even when he was on vacation. It was easy for us to trust Mike and to have confidence in his guidance because of his excellent communication skills.

Mike also has extensive knowledge when it comes to the inner workings of a home. He provided us with great information about the houses we looked at and was able to give us an idea of how involved a repair might be if necessary. When Mike didn't know the answer to one of our questions, he was honest and used his many resources to get us accurate information. To us, this is the true mark of a professional.
