Lee is the manager at Mr. Tire. He is the best. He Attended my concerns and made me feel really comfortable with all the work that hes going to be doing to my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable within his feild and caring about how he takes care of his customers property. I love him with all my heart ❤️ 💙 💜 will Recommend him to everybody that I know. Thanks Lee

It's been hit or miss for me as far as the mood of the front desk/people answering the phone is concerned. I'll give them some leeway, since they probably get tired of answering dumb questions...mine included. But, they get the job done correctly (the first time...I've never had to bring it back as a follow-up). They have "suggestions" for additional repairs, but they've never been aggressive about it...at least not in my experience. I have the drive card. Beware: I doesn't get you all the discounts promised on things like oil changes. I will keep going there, though.

Came in early on a Saturday like around 8am...guys are fast, too me in explained everything that I need to know about my car...great service.
