My AC stopped working in the middle of the day and I called any place I could find on Google, everyone told me they could see me the next day but I have 2 kids under 2 years old so that wasn’t going to work. I called Mark and he said he would be over within the hour. He diagnosed the issue, left to get the part and had it all done by dinner time. Mark really came through for my wife and I (after hours) when our heater broke during the coldest week of the year thus far. I could tell right away he was honest and upfront, and with his vast experience he came up with a brilliant solution at a really reasonable price. And he was able to troubleshoot any other problems that came along the way in the installation of another heater because of my old house.
