Mavis Discount Tire

I had a slow leak in my tire and I work near here but I live about a half hour away. I called them to see if they could take a peek at my tire to see if I needed a plug or it was something worse. Bobby, the gentleman who answered, said sure thing…bring the car in. I felt bad bringing it in so close to closing (I got there about 5:10-5:15, and they close at 6). Bobby was very gracious and took all my info, etc and made the process painless. He gave me the peace of mind that I would get home safely. I highly recommend the Bristol Mavis! Bobby and the rest of the Bristol Mavis team are very personable and knowledgeable. Thank you!

On a late Saturday afternoon a stupid bolt goes through my rear tire. This wonderful Cadillac I have comes with NO SPARE. These awesome people stayed late and waited for me to arrive with my car towed in by flatbed. I’ve purchase over 20 tires over the past few years for my fleet from these guys. Besides getting a great price, it’s the willingness to stay late, to go above and beyond to help you. This organization has always come through for me whenever I’ve been in a roadside pinch. Thank you Mavis for 4 brand new tires I settled on, instead of one 👍

Great customer service. I Made an appointment on very short notice they were really busy but still very accommodating. Emily and Erica both really sweet and helpful. I whent in for one cars brakes and wound up bringing my seconde car to get brakes done as well. Will definitely be back and recommend if your in the area to stop by

Super awesome and friendly. The woman in the front desk was so helpful and nice! I came in for a tire leak, was out in less than half an hour even with a lot of people there too! They were gentle with my car. And fixed the problem right away! Thank you so much!

This branch is absolutely fantastic!!! Had an emergency flat just as they were closing. I called to let them know a tow would try to be there before and Emily was amazing. She said to come and they would get the tire changed not matter what. She and her staff are super nice, courteous, kind, and excellent mechanics.
