Sheryl, Jesus and Chris were great to work with! Sheryl was so welcoming and friendly and kept me up to date on the progress of my car. Jesus and Chris were also very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. The prices at Mavis are definitely competitive and they provide a wonderful service experience! I would definitely recommend using Mavis for your auto needs.

I have been there multiple times in the last 6 months, due to tires constantly going low. Everyone from the managers to the techs have been polite and very helpful. They always put a smile on my face and do a great job. And when I finally decided to just replace my tires, they saved me a ton of money by figuring out what the issue was, and fixing it without cost. I will definitely continue to come here and recommend others to them! Ken and Jesus are the best!

I made an appointment online and met Chris when I walked in. I needed tires and he took the time to explain my options and offer financing options as well. I met our tire tech, Ryan, while there too.
I asked Chris if I could pick up the Jeep the next day and he was quick to accommodate my needs. Excellent communication from these guys! When I went to pick up the Jeep, the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid (I've had issues at other places before). The work was fantastic, the customer service was amazing! I will be back! If you are not coming here for your tire needs you are making a mistake. I absolutely could not recommend this Mavis location enough. I had an emergency and needed to get to NYC as soon as possible but got a flat tire. I showed up with my car outside this location close to closing time. Chris was absolutely incredible, got my car right up on the lift, was extremely transparent, and gave me a fair price all while getting the wheel fixed in under an hour. Chris and the team completely saved me and for that I cannot thank them enough. Truly special customer service! Thanks again!

Excellent service. I needed an oil change done and Alan took care of it. Fast and efficient work. My girlfriend needed an oil change and inspection and Josh took care of that. He really took the time to see what needed to be done. David the assistant manager really works with. I am definitely coming back.
