I used Matt Kapusta to sell my home. He took and posted terrific wide-angle photos of my house as well as a 3-D video tour. We worked with Matt in 2019 to sell our home in Doylestown. It was a great experience. We started working with him about a month before we decided to put the house on the market. Matt drew up a timeline and strategy for the listing, and helped us stage the house and make very minor changes (like swapping our heavy curtains with light ones) that made a huge difference in the feel of the room.
