I've been a customer at this Extra Space Storage for years now, and would highly recommend it for anyone's storage and/or business needs. Every single employee here has gone above and beyond to meet my needs. I get fedex deliveries here weekly without any issues ever. Ryan & Cindy are incredibly friendly and helpful...just a couple weeks ago I was having a problem with the lock on my unit, and Ryan was able to fix it up for me in no time. This facility is secure, and runs extremely well. Simply put, my business wouldn't function without the folks at this Extra Space Storage - I'm extremely grateful for all their help over the years.

I’m a repeat and just recently a customer here again. Moving, packing, storing and just the whole process of relocating ones life can be super stressful. It makes matters better and that much easier when the reps for truck rentals and storage are courteous, upstanding and helpful. When they not only do their jobs but give service with a smile and offer sincere interest in helping you along your way, it begs the small effort for a good review of satisfaction and appreciation. I can get into the details of my particularly hellacious moving scenario but I’ll save y’all from it. I’m sure we all have em. But Ryan helped us meticulously and promptly! I went to the Extra Space Storage at 1831 Old Cuthbert Rd to pay my outstanding bill for my storage unit located in Newark, NJ. The consultant there name was Ryan. Ryan was very open and friendly and made my experience dealing with him and paying my bill very inviting and pleasant.
