Marshall Services

We chose Marshalls back in December to replace our aging oil boiler and tank. Marshall's service advisors (sales team) were professional and spent time reviewing all our options and answering any questions we had. Our install technician was excellent and went above and beyond installing our new system. It was clear their team is vastly experienced and we could rest easy knowing the job was being done right. We opted for an Energy Kinetics boiler as recommended by Marshall's and could not be happier with it. Not only have we seen more continuous and consistent hot water, but have also seen a large decrease in our heating oil consumption, in turn saving us money. Marshalls has been a reliable partner for us since moving to the area, and I would highly recommend their service for the peace of mind knowing they will take care of the project.

Great guys here. I had a minor leak and they told me what to do for a temporary fix and assured me if I could not get it to stop they would come over right away. When they came to replace the old leaky valve, they also moved my whole house filter that I have always wanted moved. Ed was great, on time and worked quickly. A quick explanation and he was on his way. Great service, fair price and decent people. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues and suggest you do the same.

Marshall services will be our go-to plumber moving forward. I was able to get a hold of someone on Christmas Eve when it appeared we had a frozen pipe/water heater issue. They were helpful and responsive, and when it came time for them to complete work on our house, they were professional and prompt in all their work. Highly recommend.

Marshall Services installed our new heat pump last year and it has been amazing. They came out today to service the unit. All of the employees I have come into contact with have been totally professional and accommodating. I really appreciate their attention to detail.

I called Marshall’s without a referral, and was completely satisfied. Christopher was professional, easy to work with, and honest. He was to connect wires for a new attic fan that was just installed. He gave me a price, and then proceeded to attic. Once completed, he let me know that the wires had already been connected, but just adjusted the humidistat settings. So the price was now considerably lower. As a consumer, so appreciated. I would highly recommend Marshall’s Services
