after a horrendous situation that unfolded with carvana Terrence.( T'Artie B) 😎was absolutely amazing! He helped me purchase this most beautiful vehicle I've ever owned! ! It's been one month since I've gotten her and I couldn't be more pleased! Steve came along and sealed the deal at the end and what a wonderful experience it was! What can I honestly say!!! It was one of the greatest experiences being able to deal with Steve Martell. He took so much time out to make sure I left the dealership with the vehicle I wanted. I had to have my car towed to Norristown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram because of a non starting Jeep SRT after a battery change. I was in the area getting non mechanical work done on my car when the battery died. After replacing the battery the car wouldn’t start, I had the car towed to the dealership. When the car was towed in the car had no power and the windows were open, rain was expected, they were great about pushing the car inside. The car stayed for almost a week. They communicated very well as they were diagnosing a very uncommon non straightforward problem. Long story short they disconnected the battery overnight, the control module reset and the car started… they kept it another day to ensure it would start in the am.
I went in to pickup the car and the service manager came it and said, because of the oddity of the issue and resolution, he could not say with certainty the issue was completely resolved. In good faith he said couldn’t charge me, even for the diagnosis time. He would cover the time his technician had in the diagnosis.
What dealership/garage would not charge for any services provided.
