Didn't realize I'd be buying from a used car dealership. I found the ad on Facebook Marketplace, conversed with who I assumed was the owner for a few days (never once told me it was a dealership), & was a little surprised how things went from then on. Overall, not a bad experience at all. Brett & Harry were nice to work with. Got sent down the road to JC Hat Auto Tags to get the registration & tag paperwork done. Have to wait 6-8 weeks for the title though. Another thing I wasn't aware of, but overall, doesn't really matter. Was caught off guard by the $50 processing fee at the dealership & the tags place was more than anticipated. Ended up paying a little over $350 there. Which I knew I'd have to pay a couple hundred, I just didn't think it'd be that much. Was going to pay regardless, so, also not that big a deal. I would just recommend a little more transparency. Failure to be transparent often results in a lack of trust. I will update this review periodically regarding my used 2007 Ford Freestar's longevity since today's purchase. Thank you, Harry & Brett! You guys were a pleasure to work with.

I always research and ask questions before any major purchase. This purchase was going to be my daughter's first car. Brett posted a detailed ad of the car for sale on Craig's List. We contacted Bret and asked several questions which the Bret answered for us.
He also provided a car Fax on request, Bret was upfront on the condition of the car and even explained a repaired damaged area reported on the Car Fax. The price was fair for the age and mileage of the car. Since we were serious about the car, Bret agreed to having our local garage check the car from top to bottom. Bet and I agree that if anything was found wrong we would work that out between us. Bret drove the car to our local garage himself. The only thing found wrong was a dirty brake light switch which Brett addressed quickly. Harry, Bret's Dad provided a amazing text drive for our daughter whom has some disabilities and Harry went out of his way to accommodate our daughter unique driving needs, Harry answered several questions about features of the car.
We would but another car from this business.

Brett and his Dad were great to deal with. Purchased a nice used car from them. Brett went out of his way to help me out with any issues I had with the car. My son very happy with his first car! Thank you!
