Main Street Apartments at Marlton

The young gentleman that took care of me was doing double duty was taking money and giving you the food and I actually pulled away cuz I was going to eat right there at a new car and left without my food and he ran out to catch me it was a good thing I didn't pull away but he did come out and he said you run without your food and it was very nice of him to even care cuz he could have said well when she realizes she doesn't have it she'll get out of the car and come and get it but not only was he doing double duty he ran out and brought my food so I wish I would have gotten his name it was a young white man I couldn't even tell you the day or the time but I appreciate it very much thank you

Honestly, the nicest apartments in this area by far! Large rooms, big windows bring in lots of natural light, new appliances. We moved into a 2 bedroom, and it has been a god send while working from home to have an office space. Friendly & quiet neighbors. Pay rent online or from an app. Excellent & responsive property managers.

Main Street Apartments at Marlton has been a wonderful experience for my fiancee and I thus far. We moved in October and every room in the apartment is nicely built. We are especially fond of the kitchen, appliances are nice and the granite counters are great. In addition, the location is pretty convenient, PATCO around a 10-15 min drive, shops and restaurants all around.

Main Street Apartments at Marlton has been one of the nicest apartments I have lived in. The quality of the building is solid and brand new. I haven't had to call for maintenance once in the 7 months I've been here! My apartment is great, and so comfortable, the level of detail in the design is a step above the rest. Everyone here is very friendly and respectful. The location is perfect, convenient and close to everything, yet it’s still a nice quiet place to call home. Bob Meyer Communities did a fantastic job with this property, and they are a local family who I can’t say enough great things about.

I moved into these apartments in August around the time they first finished construction. I have had a great experience so far. Paying the rent is online and easy. My neighbors are friendly and the tenants mostly keep to themselves. The complex is pet friendly and a lot of people living here have awesome dogs. The parking lot always has parking for gusts and the building was constructed well (Bob Meyer construction). I haven't had any problems with anything in my apartment yet and whenever I need something, the property manager is quick to respond. The location is fantastic; located right by Trader Joes, the Marlton Tavern, and right off Route 70 and 73. I have had a great experience thus far and would recommend to anyone looking to live in the Marlton area!
