I have been living here since October 2022 and I absolutely love it!!! Tara, Samantha and Kathleen are the nicest, sweetest people! They are so polite and always there to help me. The maintenance men are very helpful and polite also!!!

I live in B1 and I absolutely adore my apartment but mostly I adore the office girls Samantha, Tara and Kathleen. Every single one of them is so helpful as soon as there is an issue they are right on top of it and so kind. They have even helped me with the computer tremendously in the office center. They deserve a raise. I cannot say enough about them but I am so thankful for them.

The apartments are great! There is some wear and tear to the apartments and the lobby of the building but that is expected in an apartment building. The location is fine, there’s plenty of grocery stores nearby and there are Septa train stations within a 10 minute drive. You don’t get the walkability/ lifestyle of a city but it’s a safe place to live.

Let me start from the beginning. The moving in process was seamless. Looking and finding the right home was made so easy from the management. The variety was great and I found the perfect home for me and my son. Since then it's felt like home.

Safe Decent and lively. Staff is supportive and responsive. One of the god properties under Morgan. Easy connectivity with I95 ( 0.2 miles only). Close to New Jersey border. Great amenities and facilities. Well maintained.
