(December 13, 2022, 11:59 pm)Called around 10:30pm about toilet backing up into the tub. Didn't think I'd be able to get a hold of anybody but Scott answered almost immediately.
He was very polite and certainly knew more about my problem than I did. Told me someone would be out in a half hour.
25 minutes later Jay arrives, evaluates the problem, and dispatches a team to fix it. Less than an hour later, my drains are doing what they're supposed to and he stops by to make sure.
These guys are rockstars as far as I'm concerned. -

I'm selling.my house and the lady who worked with me today to get our situation taken care of was fantastic. Every business has their issues, but LBCJMA has been wonderful to me! Thank you again!
