I had a positive experience - the entire staff and coordinators were very accommodating.
I used Dr. Smartt for a procedure 2 years ago when he first got to Bucky - he (thoroughly) goes over ALL the information necessary, in advance. Easy going guy, (genuinely) welcomes questions and concerns at all times and creates an atmosphere that is comfortable for open communication. He even gave me his cell number to directly contact him for any concerns after the procedure. I think he has a genuine nature about him, not a forced-friendly persona (which unfortunately is common with many other doctor/surgeons). I would recommend him.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with renting a 5x9 trailer from this Uhaul. The staff helped me pick out the tools, and accessories I needed. They helped get everything installed, and on my car, but the kindness and courtesy I received throughout the entire process of renting and returning a trailer was outstanding!
