I’ve been a patient for 5+ yrs. The wait time time has decreased over the past 2 yrs which helps my schedule. The office staff have become more knowledgeable in that time as well. I stay with Dr. Louis-Charles because few doctors take the time to talk. Explaining everything so you understand and give options and recommendations. She is an excellent physician, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Worth the wait
I've been a patient of Dr. Louis Charles for more than 14 years. She is the best doctor I've ever had. In times when most doctors spent no more than 10 minutes with you, Dr. Louis-Charles will dedicate, at least 45 minutes to see what is your problem. That can lead to some waiting time longer than usual (as stated in other reviews), but it is worth considering the high quality of care that you get. Highly recommended+++
