(August 28, 2014, 5:58 pm)Little Tinicum Island is public State Forest Land managed by the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources(DCNR)- Bureau of Forestry. There are managed hiking trails on the raised sand burms and a small viewing area that overlooks the tidal marsh on the upstream end of the island.
