Lisa C. Jones, DO

I have unfortunately had my fair share of mediocre (or downright terrible) doctors in my life. I am SO thankful to have found Dr. Jones! She is the best primary care doctor I have ever had. She's warm and compassionate, truly cares about her patients, and takes a lot of time to discuss your concerns and health issues. I don't feel rushed in my appointments and she is very good about getting back to me with any questions or concerns I may have post-appointment.

I also need to give praise to the office staff! Everyone I have dealt with at both the Springfield and Drexel Hill locations have been a pleasure and SO incredibly helpful. I remember when I was looking for a new primary care doctor, one of the women I spoke to literally spent 20 minutes on the phone with me answering all my questions. I also see a LOT of specialists and the girls in the office rarely (if ever) miss putting in my referrals. (With my last doctor, I was constantly showing up at specialist appointments only to be told my referral wasn't in!)

Dr. Jones is awesome. She is very thorough and you never feel rushed during an appointment. In addition, she is very personable which you don't find with many medical professionals these days.

Dr. Jones is FANTASTIC! She is caring, follows up after each visit. Calls back at reasonable call back time. She makes time to answer all questions and ensures you are satisfied before ending the call. I drive 40 miles so that I can stay with Dr. Jones!

Dr. Jones is a highly skilled professional who has not forgotten the importance of 'bedside manner'. She cares about her patients and is not afraid to say "I need to do some research, or let me check on that" She has been my Primary care Dr. for almost 10 years, and I couldn't be happier with the level of care she provides. Very compassionate and easy to talk to.

Dr Lisa Jones is the best. She takes her time to fully understand your ailment and treats you accordingly. Very caring doctor. Unlike many others.
