Lisa Beth Freedman, MD

Dr. Freedman treated me earlier this year for symptoms I have been experiencing my entire adult life. She suggested a neurotransmitter test to identify my specific issues and recommended a natural treatment that no other doctor has ever even mentioned to me. This is the first time in my life that my symptoms seem to have disappeared. I do have to say that I was taken off guard by the way the staff speak to each other. It's noteworthy. But they ultimately all seem to get along well, and I can't argue with my results. Dr. Freedman took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. I felt as though she was very thorough and I am very happy with my results, which is ultimately the reason I sought her out in the first place, so I would definitely recommend her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Freedman for many years. I initially came to her because she was the only one in the area who was known for her ability to prescribe custom hormone replacement therapy. I was taken back, as many people are, with her tone, especially toward her employees. So I asked her about it. She actually said she cherished the people with whom she worked. And I've spent enough time in that office to see that the staff get along fine with her.

Yesterday I went in for some help with medication, and I found out that my co-pay had gone up to $175. When I got up to walk out, Dr. Freedman said that she wanted to help me. I told her I was expecting $20 to $50. She said we'll just do a cash visit for what you can afford. So that's what we did. She has worked with me through the years through all of my harebrained ideas and experiments. She always listens and shares her knowledge. She's really smart. Photographic memory or close to it. She is knowledgeable and open to natural tests and solutions. And she cares about her patients.

I recently became a patient of Dr. Freedman's, and in the short time she has been treating me, could not be happier with her care. She's a smart cookie, thorough, and dedicated. Just the way practice is set up, marrying traditional medicine with more holistic practices, and still accepts health insurance speaks volumes!
Her office staff is lovely, and really made me feel at ease, as I tend to get anxious about doctors visits.
Most importantly, I have a myriad of chronic health issues, yet Dr. Freedman is undaunted. She does appropriate testing, in office, and comes up with comprehensive treatment plans. She makes sure my questions are answered, and I understand, and am satisfied with my care.
Doctors like this are few, and far between. Like another reviewer said before, 'I do not say this lightly', I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Freedman.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Freedman. She has helped me in so many ways, from anxiety and hormone imbalances to the common cold. Before I even went to see her, she explained to me all the costs that I would face because my insurance at the time wouldn’t cover it. I was interested in visiting a holistic doctor, because I knew that all my problems were related, and it didn’t make sense to me to visit many different specialists. Dr. Freedman and I discussed different treatments, and agreed on a combination of conventional medications and supplements, as well as bio-identical hormones. I am pleased to say that I didn’t have to continue any long term, and I felt that she understood my desire to continue to control my hormones with diet and exercise (once stable). Now, I am free of all medications, my hormones are stable, my cholesterol is lowered, and I feel amazing. I feel comfortable going to see Dr. Freedman for all my health care needs, and recently I was able to get an appointment the same day to seek help for a sore throat that was bothering me. Her staff is always kind and caring. I always feel like things are explained to me, and that I am involved in my treatment, which is exactly what I wanted.
