I am a current employee at Life Steps LLC. and I must say this is the best company I've ever worked for. The organization is amazing the fact that us on behalf of Life Steps can make a difference in our clients' life is so rewarding. I'm having the time of my life working here. Life steps offer a competitive wage that most jobs in direct care doesn't. They also offer mileage reimbursements because you do have to use your own car. I just want to say you have to love what you do because at the end of the day, It's not about the money its about the lives you are impacting and remember let's focus on the ability not the disability.
