After my fiancé did a 6 week challenge I went for a week during ‘friends and family week’ and became hooked on the workouts. I signed up for the 6 week 20 lb challenge and lost 28 pounds. I plan on eventually becoming a member here and possibly doing another challenge. The workouts are very quick and all of the trainers do a great job of explaining the workouts and correcting your form when needed. I highly recommend legion to anyone looking for a new gym and especially signing up for the 6 week challenge to kick start weight loss.

The coaches are amazing and genuinely care about your journey. They answer all questions honestly and PUSH you out of your comfort zone. I have noticed a difference in my posture, I have increased the weights I use during workout, and my flexibility is increasing... but most importantly I lost 21.5 lbs in 6 weeks with the meal plans and working out! Love it here, but it’s too expensive for me to become a member right now.

Saw some friends Checking In on Facebook to Legion 4-5am every weekday morning and I was curious to find out more. Hadn't been to the gym in over 15 years and was making excuses and didn't know how to get started. Setup meeting with Legion West Deptford and was impressed with the different programs they offer. Legion isn't just a gym, its a commitment to a total mind and body transformation. I was compelled to take the "6-Week Challenge" to loose 20lbs, and they set up everything for you to succeed. Trainers are great and set-up a different workout EVERYDAY of the week. They also provide you with list of what foods you should be eating during your 6-week challenge. After six weeks I lost t total of 23lbs and feel better physically and mentally about myself. Joining Legion was the BEST decision I made in my life for that last 15 years. They have a program for EVERYONE and I would highly encourage all to stop in for a visit. IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!!

Great program if you are ready to commit to getting healthy and in shape. Workouts are great and the nutrition plan works of you follow it! Takes a lot of work and effort but you are worth it! Coaches are wonderful very motivating and dedicated to helping you succeed. Recommend joining with a friend so you can motivate each other!

Even though I find Legion to be on the more expensive side compared to other gyms in the area they have a great program. The coaches are all great and care about members and challengers getting healthier. I started with a challenge last spring and am now a member and go at least 4/5 times a week. The sessions are only an hour, but I always feel like I get a great workout and am challenged to push mysef to get stronger and lose weight. There is always a program or challenge going on to help keep me motivated to get better.
