I have to say that the phlebotomist here is probably the best I have dealt with. Don't know her name but I was there at a very busy time and she wasn't stressed at all. I have had other experiences with another phlebotomist there that wasn't so great.
So I appreciate that she took her time because my veins don't always cooperate.
