Michael, the owner, did everything he could to make this as seamless as possible. Tom and his father, who did our project were professional, courteous, and amazing to work with. Our house is amazing, and we have received many compliments from friends and neighbors.

We are very pleased with the outcome of our siding project. Mike and his crew were great. They were friendly, worked quickly and also did an awesome job. Even though we had waited for the siding to get in due to the pandemic our job was scheduled and completed within the aggressive time frame we requested. This was a pleasant surprise, as I didn’t think there was a chance they could squeeze it in. Mike was great about communicating any issues that were encountered during the job and resolving any punch list items once the crew was done. KPI did the installation of a couple of windows and a patio door for me. I was extremely pleased with their services and plan to continue utilizing them for the remaining window installations. Additionally, they did work on my son's home. The team did a complete renovation of the roof, installation of new windows, and siding. Again all services performed were done to my satisfaction and I was extremely pleased with the work performed. The team did have to come back to completion work. It took some time to get them back but that was due to other appointments on their schedule and just coordinating times in general. Mike, the owner, is very accommodating and very easy to work with.

We had siding replaced and some exterior wall repairs done. I would recommend this company over and over again. Michael the owner himself came out, he’s very knowledgeable and polite. He always stayed in contact with updates about our order & how things were progressing with his crew when the job got underway.

I had a roof (asphalt shingle and Cedar) James , Hardie siding and gutters done by Mike at kpi jr. This project was a addition on a existing house. During this project I have worked with tons of different contractors and none as professional as Mike. His guys were on time, clean and professional. Extreme attention to detail. He always kept me in the loop and the end result was great. I would recommend this company anyone and feel confident about my recommendation.
