My employment case, was, to say the least, complicated. After meeting with me to discuss the details of the case in person, Mr. Kolman agreed to take my case himself. It was an honour and a privilege to work with him. He is distinguished, professional yet witty, highly intelligent and remarkably brilliant at what he does. If you do your part, he and the entire firm will fight for you. Everyone I worked with was great. Kolman Ely is a very professional firm and they do not back down or become intimidated under any circumstances. If you need the best employment legal team to help you, this is the firm to call. I rate them 5-stars, but only because 20-stars isn't an option! The absolute best.

I hired this firm to represent me. They are a contingency law firm and asked me for no money. They paid all costs and I was billed nothing. They only accept about 3% to 5% of cases coming in. My case was not a high yielding money case, however they took me as a client anyway. They did everything they could for the treatment and unjustifiable firing from a large hospital. Unfortunately, we were not able to get through summary judgement.

They did everything they could, handled my case professionally and held nothing back. They knew it would be difficult to go against this large multimillion dollar establishment but they still attempted with vigorous fortitude. It was as if my case potentially was worth 7 figures rather than low 5 or high 4's.

I appreciate Mr. Kolman as well as his associates for believing in me and having the courage that other firms didn't have to represent me against this big bully organization.

I just love working with him and the other lawyers in his office. All are helpful and do not like when someone is treated unfairly. They will fight your fight and will not tolerate any nonsense from employers or people that discriminate against innocent victims. We could not be happier with Malvern School of Upper Gwynedd. I'm constantly impressed with what my kids are learning from their teachers each day. The activities they are doing are creative, educational and yet so much fun. My son is always excited to tell me about his great day. It's a very caring, loving and fun environment. The teachers are very friendly, helpful and great to both the kids and the parents. I know my kids are in good hands there.

My son has been there for just about a year now and he absolutely loves going every morning! The smile he has on his face from the second I drop him off makes it so much easier for me, and I know he is in great hands all day. All the teachers and directors are wonderful! He doesn't want to leave most days because he just loves being there. And it is truly amazing how much he learns there too. I couldn't say enough about Malvern of Upper Gwynedd!
