I have to say I saw an add on Facebook for your company and figured what the heck let's get a free consult. Our rep came and was very nice , my husband at first was alittle apprehensive thinking ok just another sales pitch but by the end he had him hooked with the quality of your work. We were going to reface our cabinets. They just got installed this week our installation guy was Scott, he was very professional, nice, friendly, on time, clean when working, and did an amazing job. ( we just need to finish with our backsplash but im in love) We are very pleased and would definitely recommend your company to anyone. Thank you again for a great job.

We had excellent service, from the rep that came out to meet with us and review the process, to all of the selections that we were deciding on, to the final product. We had to wait several months for the remodel but it was worth it. The worst part of this was packing up everything from the cabinets and being without a kitchen for a week, but we made do. Our installer, Chuck, was very personable and told us what to expect for the job. He did an exceptional job on our kitchen cabinets and countertop installation. Answered all of our questions and was very mindful of our furniture that was left in the kitchen. In the end we have a beautifully designed and remodeled kitchen.

From our experience with the sales rep to our installer Mark, everything was Wow! When our installer pulled up and the side of the truck says “Prepare to be amazed “ I thought this is a little presumptuous. But I think now it’s an understatement. Our installer Mark was very courteous of our home and he listen to everything we had to say. There was a small glitch with our job where the doors were not correct. He contacted headquarters and they had the doors ready the next day ready to go. So our job that we were told would be completed in a week was completed within the week. This company went above and beyond my expectations of any company that I’ve ever dealt with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants it upgrade their kitchen and not spend an arm and a leg but make it look like you did.

The cabinets are beautiful. BUT my dishwasher is leaking. The installation was completed on Friday, July 29. I started the dishwasher on Sunday and it is leaking water under the sink. It was working fine prior to the installation. I called customer service on Saturday, and was told to call the warranty department on Monday. Coincidentally, I received a call on Monday requesting confirmation of my account number. When I explained the issue with the leaking dishwasher she was kind enough to submit a claim with the warranty department. On Tuesday, I called the warranty department to confirm that the claim was entered. They have a record of the claim at 12:10pm on Monday, August 1. When I asked when I could expect a call from the warranty department, he responded between 24-48 hours. I called at 9:26 am today, Thursday, August 4. While on the phone Conrad tried to reach Nat (sp) in the warranty department without any success and said he would send Nat an email. STILL WAITING FOR CALL BACK.
