They both made us feel comfortable from the first time we spoke by phone until the conclusion of the graveside service. They covered every detail and guided us all through the process. Joe was a true professional in every sense of the word. He (and his wife Martine too) was so caring and compassionate about my family’s situation and went out of his way to make things easy for us at every step of the process. I honestly can’t imagine anyone doing their job better than Joe. If it were possible to give him a 6 star rating I would.
