I’ve been doing at home yoga for years. I wanted to have deeper and more supportive practices. I was very nervous joining my first studio, but I’ve already been to three classes and have loved each one. The teachers are all so welcoming, and provide modifications for yogis of all levels. I can’t wait to continue my journey here!

Kindred Yoga is what all studios should be. The instructors are superb, knowledgeable, and are truly present with the members and the positions. Every class I have taken gives several options for each move. The tone of their voices, the energy they bring and the pace always seems to be exactly what I need that day. It is a pleasure to go to class and I look forward to it. It helps me to center and it is a gift I give to myself. I leave feeling more present and awake. It is a small studio and the owner, Christa Stebbing, brings her uplifting energy to the space. What a joy! Namaste

Kindred Yoga is an amazing studio! There are a variety of classes to choose from and the instructors are always able to accommodate for the variety of experience levels that come to each class. The class sizes are purposely kept small so that instructors can really work with everyone in the room. The space itself is bright, clean, and airy. I've been a member for over 3 years and I walk out of every class feeling rejuvenated and grateful to have come.
