Experienced with Isha was great but when the assistant manager walked in to speak to me, I felt uncomfortable talking to the guy. Speaks to me as if he's some important character. I don't know how Jerome got the position but I can tell that it was NOT through his expertise in dealing with customers. I didn't even want to open account anymore after talking to the guy. But overall if it was not for him, everyone else there are friendly people.
