Nick was amazing!! My phone was so difficult to transfer and he never gave up!! I was there for 5 hours and watched Nick go from customer to customer with a pleasant and calm demeanor with a smile on his face the whole time! He was the only employee in the store and was happy to assist at least 5 of us at a time!!

Having worked in customer service for several years, I know how quickly a situation can get out of hand, especially when you are forced into a situation when there are no other associates there.

Nick was absolutely phenomenal and truly exemplified an employee that knows nothing except for always going above and beyond.

There were 4 other people in the store when we walked in. He was able to quickly identify what we were there for and explained that he was by himself. He effortlessly moved from one person to another, giving everyone more than enough attention. His positive attitude helped create an amazing atmosphere, despite the phone ringing consistently and other customers arriving.

He got us in an out as fast as possible and made everything fun at the same time.

Nick was absolutely amazing! He was the only employee in the store and successfully assisted 10 different customers with new phones and varying issues. Would highly recommend you do what you can to keep this employee. He has the skills to assist customers with issues, focused on customer satisfaction and can obviously do a job that should have been handled with support by at least one or two other representatives assisting. Great experience and hope Nick gets some support soon so he can take a minute or two for lunch.

We went in the week before Christmas to transfer our 3 phones to Verizon, we were immediately greeted by Nick, who apologized and told us he was alone that day and it would be a wait but he will be with us asap. There were 5 other customers being serviced by him and he didn’t miss a beat. He was courteous and helpful to everyone, even stopping to apologize again and explain how much longer of a wait it will be. When it was our turn, he assisted us with kindness and care. We really appreciated his customer service today.

We came in to purchase a new phone because my husband's cell died. Not only did we get a great new phone, Nick got us a better plan without us asking. Set up of the new phone was efficient and relatively fast. Great experience
