(November 27, 2022, 7:01 pm)I love Life Time. I recently started Boxing with Tommy Deris, and tried his women’s self defense class yesterday. Tommy is a great addition to the trainers team. His wrestling, boxing and martial arts background provide a fun, full body work out while getting you in the best shape. I cannot wait to try more of his classes besides training. The Yoga classes and instructors are awesome, and the Barre classes and instructors are great too. The front desk is always nice and welcoming and the GM always greets me when I walk by. All around 5 stars. Thank you lifetime team!!

(August 24, 2022, 4:28 pm)Best gym anywhere. I love the culture, the classes, and the facility itself. All of the equipment is easy to use and state of the art. Everything is always very clean, people do rerack their weights. The staff is the most welcoming and helpful of any gym I've been to. It's perfect for literally any level of gym-goer, beginners and experienced athletes work out happily alongside each other every day.
