Kellam Exterminating

Jerry was my hero. He said he heard the panic in my voice when I said “we have at least 1000 ants in our living room” and got to the house in 20 min or less, before 10AM. He found out I wasn’t exaggerating and still finished the job in 30 min. Thank you, Jerry!!

I found Jerry on my last search before giving up. We were closing on a house and needed a termite cert and treatment for carpenter bees. We had a few people come out who were up-selling us and giving us info that we knew wasn't accurate. Other companies also had a 2 week backlog. I called Jerry and he came out the same day. No sneaky tactics, honest, walked around the property giving us suggestions to keep unwanted pests away, completed our treatment, and got our cert. Small business owner who is looking for return clients and does only what is needed. No pressure at all. This is what a professional is about. Would recommend to anyone and will never use anyone else. Thanks again Jerry.

Jerry could not have been more prompt and professional! I called him at 8:30am and he was at my home within an hour. He took the time to walk the entire house perimeter, inside & out, with me to explain what he was doing and what I could do moving forward. I would HIGHLY recommend Kellam and Jerry to anyone! Coming from a skeptical person when it comes to paying for services, I could not recommend Jerry enough, Quality? Ridiculously good quality, I called this man about a yellow jacket problem on a Sunday at 5pm when my wife was stung multiple times while removing some shrubs, he was at my house within the hour...on a SUNDAY. I showed him where the problem was and he educated me as to where the nest could be located and how he was going to get rid of them.

After that he proceeded to locate the nest and asked me if I was planning on removing the shrubs where the nest could be, he then removed them for me and found the nest! He got rid of the nest and then we began to talk afterwards about preventive measures I can take in the future.

When I thought he was done, he wasn't, we walked around my house and he removed 3 other wasp nests that I didn't know I had out back. I NEVER EVER write reviews, but this one was a must...Jerry was professional, educational, funny, and really put so much time and effort into providing a service that you will NEVER get with a big name exterminator for WAY cheaper too. If you have any kind of issue like I did, CALL THIS MAN. Especially if your skeptical about bad service because I can promise you that you won't regret it. This is not a fake review...this is a review from someone who honestly doesn't trust anybody when it comes to business. I cannot say there was any negatives to my experience whatsoever.

Jerry was great. He explained what he was doing to treat my problem. Then we went outside my house and he spent about 15-20 minutes talking about the problems I had with my house that might be causing my ant problem. I will be using him for sure the next time I have a problem.
