I have a Generac 10kw that had a yellow light saying service needed soon. I called KCK Power Gem Sys Thursday 7/21/22
and the tech Kevin came out today 7/26 and gave me the best service ever and really reasonable. He cleaned the entire machine including the outside cover. Changed the oil and did a thorough test of the whole system outside and inside the house. Thank you Kevin for a job well done. ED

I had a problem with my generator not working and a friend recommended KCK Power Gen Systems. I called and left a message on a Sunday morning and Kevin call be back with in the hour. He set up an appointment for Monday morning. Kevin was very efficient and professional. He communicated well and explained what needed to be done to fix my generator.
