We are in the process of buying a new home in Pa. Joe was extremely helpful in getting us a homeowner's policy. He looked up our policies in NJ to make sure he applied all the discounts. I needed the policy now for a mortgage. Our closing is scheduled for Feb 7 so Joe just made the effective date Feb. 7 and if it moves, we will just change the date. He was very pleasant and easy to work with.
